All sales are final. m3ueditor does not offer refunds on paid subscriptions or renewals.
Try before you subscribe
Every new account includes a 3-day free trial. Use this period to test imports, playlist editing, EPG matching, exports, and any features you need before purchasing a paid plan.
By subscribing or completing payment after your trial, you confirm that you have evaluated the service and accept that charges are non-refundable.
No refunds
- We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, downgrades, or accidental purchases.
- Renewals are charged automatically according to your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of your account.
Cancellations
You may cancel anytime from your account subscription page. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charge or charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact support promptly with your invoice details. We will review legitimate billing mistakes at our discretion.
Service interruptions
Temporary outages, maintenance, or third-party issues (including your IPTV provider or player app) do not qualify for refunds. m3ueditor is a software tool for editing playlists you supply; we do not provide streams or channels.
