These terms govern your use of m3ueditor.com and the m3ueditor application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
What m3ueditor is
m3ueditor is an online tool for importing, editing, organizing, and exporting IPTV playlists and electronic program guide (EPG/XMLTV) data. You use it with playlist sources and players you choose.
IPTV disclaimer: m3ueditor does not sell, resell, broker, or provide IPTV subscriptions, live streams, VOD libraries, or channel packages. We are not an IPTV provider. You are solely responsible for the sources you import, your relationship with any third-party provider, and compliance with applicable laws in your country.
Your responsibilities
- You must have lawful rights to use any playlist URLs, credentials, or content you import.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials and export URLs secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You must not use the service to attack, overload, or circumvent technical limits.
Prohibited content
Adult content is not allowed. You may not upload, import, store, or publish playlists that contain adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit channels or categories. This includes M3U files, Xtream imports, and manually added entries.
We use automated and manual review to detect prohibited content. Violations may result in hidden channels, import blocks, suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.
Acceptable use
- No sharing accounts or export URLs in ways that violate your plan limits.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to our systems or EPG library.
- No uploading malware, spam, or content that infringes copyright or other rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features require an active subscription. A 3-day trial is available for new accounts. All payments are final; see our Refund Policy for details.
Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance may occur without notice. We are not liable for issues caused by your ISP, IPTV provider, player app, or device.
Intellectual property
m3ueditor software, branding, and platform EPG data remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of playlists you create, subject to these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security or legal risk.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with any specific player or provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, m3ueditor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of access to third-party streams or guides.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
